Week Long Camps:
For weeks long camps (winter break, spring break, & summer) an $80 administrative fee will be charged per child per camp for refunds requested at least 14 days prior to the start date. After the camp start date, no refunds will be issued.
Mini-Camps & Clinics:
For mini-camps, clinics, and classes a $30 administrative fee will be charged per child per program for refunds requested 14 days prior to the start date, less than 14 days prior to camp start date a $35 administrative fee per child per program. After the program start date, no refunds will be issued.
Extended Day Cancellation Policy:
A $10 administrative fee will be charged for extended day cancellation.

LATE PICK-UP POLICY
Parents of participants enrolled in any Momentum³ programs will be charged $2.50 per minute based on the enrollment pick-up times listed below:
Core Hours - 3:00pm
Extended PM Care - 6:00pm
It is very important to have updated contact information in your child’s file at all times. Any child who is not picked up will be under the supervision of an assigned counselor until the parent, emergency contact, or the authorities arrive. All information about the incident will be discussed directly with the parent or guardian and never with the child.
Momentum³ employees are mandated by Law to report any suspected cases of child abuse or neglect directly to the appropriate authorities for investigation. While we have established internal procedures to facilitate reporting and apprising supervisors, we cannot by law require our employees to disclose his or her identity to anyone.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing that is functional for hard play. Athletic or soft soled shoes (NON- MARKING with CLOSED TOED, LACED, BUCKLED, OR VELCRO CLOSED) are required for all Momentum³ programs. Sandals, flip-flops, crocs, and wheeled shoes are prohibited due to safety concerns.
There are times when the program director must dismiss a child due to psychological, emotional or physical circumstances which preclude the child from participating safely and/or effectively in a group setting. This action will take effect after consultation has occurred with the parents, camper and the camp director. Dismissal for the aforementioned reasons will result in a complete refund for the unused days.
On occasion, dismissal may be necessary for disciplinary reasons (including, but not limited to, the use or possession of alcohol, non-prescription drugs and/or tobacco by participants, harassment, sexual misconduct, repeated failure to comply with program rules and regulations and physical violence). This action will take effect after consultation has occurred with the parents, camper and the camp director. If a camper must be dismissed for disciplinary measures, there will be NO REFUND for the unused days.
