SHOOTINGLAB(3)
Our strategically designed shooting system is a high intensity program designed to give athletes that lights-out stroke so they can MAKE more shots in actual games! The ShootingLAB(3) is designed to help athletes of all ages optimize their shooting mechanics to get rapid results. Our ShootingLAB(3) athletes have increased their shooting consistency, shooting percentage, shooting range, and developed a quicker release! We believe the foundation of all great shooting lies in quality of repetition.

VARSITY SKILLS(3)
Varsity Skills Academy (VSA) sessions offer participants comprehensive basketball instructions.  VSA is designed to teach proper fundamentals techniques such as:  ball handling, shooting, passing, shooting, defense, rebounding and offensive development. Sessions are taught in a low student to coach ratio to maximize the quality of instruction. Winter sessions begin January 17th.
