MindLAB Virtual Summer Training is an intensive 4-week mental performance program designed exclusively for female athletes ages 11-17 who are serious about gaining a competitive edge. While your competitors focus only on physical training, you'll develop the mental tools that separate good athletes from great ones.
Through live virtual sessions, interactive workshops, and personalized coaching, athletes learn to control their nerves, build unshakeable confidence, stay focused under pressure, and develop the mental resilience required to perform at their peak when it matters most.
